HOW TO USE IT:
- Define your lip contours with Touche Éclat (sold separately) before applying lip color, for extra definition.
- Remove the cap of the Candy Glow Tinted Butter Balm and twist the bullet to reveal the formula.
- Apply the balm directly by starting at the center of the lip and gliding toward the corners of the mouth.
- The balm can also be used as a lip primer underneath lipstick for extended wear and smoother-looking lip lines.
- Use with All Hours Foundation and Lash Clash Extreme Volume Mascara (both sold separately).
