HOW TO USE IT:
- Generously apply the liquid lipstick from the pigmented end.
- Let the lips dry for 1 minute.
- Once the lipstick is completely dry, press the lips together to reveal the spectacular glittery finish.
- Maximize the shine by layering on the clear lip gloss end.
