WHAT IT IS
Created by Gregoris Pyrpylis, Creative Director of Hermès Beauty, the Trait d’Hermès collection of color pencils offers a wide range of expressive possibilities for the lips. The easy-to-apply, long-wear pencils can be used to delineate, define, and enhance the lip contour or naturally shade the lips. Creamy and comfortable, the matte-finish pencil glides onto the lips in a single stroke. The line may be precise or blended. The formula delivers an intense, long-wear color. Designed by Pierre Hardy, the pencil is inspired by the obstacle bars used in show-jumping competitions, with its black and white lacquer and brushed metal. Its brushed metal cap is adorned with the house’s emblematic H. The color can be applied in a single stroke, to delineate, define, and enhance the contours of the lips, or to color them. The pencil is ideal for creating a tone-on-tone or contrasting look, for an ombré effect when combined with a balm or an Hermèsistible, or to prolong the hold of a Rouge Hermès lipstick. 0.03 oz.
