Knees: Gently massage the back of your knees in an up-and-out motion; repeat 5 times
Armpits: Gently massage your tool down and in toward the axillary nodes in your armpits; repeat 5 times
Calves: Position the tool horizontally and begin to gently knead the calf muscle starting from the ankle, keeping an up-and-inward motion behind the knee; repeat 5 times
Thighs: Position the tool vertically and begin to knead behind the thigh, keeping an up-and-out motion toward the inner thigh; repeat 3-7 times as needed
