From the Firenze 1221 Edition. A royal tribute to the gift of love, Acqua Della Regina is Santa Maria Novella’s oldest fragrance. Catherine de Medici commissioned the Dominican monks to create this special fragrance (the Queen s Water) in 1533. She brought this with her to France when she married the King, Enrico di Valois. Made in Italy.
