Run a brush over the color and sweep it across the apples of your cheeks, then swirl it around so you don t get 80s edges (unless you want that!), and gently pull the brush toward your temples. If you re also using face powder, brush it on before your powder blush (otherwise, you ll dilute the color).
Using a blush brush or fluffy powder blush, swirl a small dab of color on the apples your cheeks, buff in a circular motion, and fan out for a natural flush. For greater depth and dimension, layer on additional color.
