How to Attach:
Use once per day per area
Wipe any sweat off the area to be used before attaching.
Touch the adhesive (gel surface) as little as possible. Stick the gel sheet to your skin. If there is a gap where it is stuck on. electricity will not flow uniformly across the entire surface of the gel sheets and you may feel a strong stimulus or pain. Attach to your body between your ribs and hips If you cannot feel the simulation readily, re-position the product 1 to 2cm at a time up or down When repositioning the product, turn off power. Turning the Power ON: If a gel pad is not in contact with the skin when the power is ON, it will beep as a warning. If this state continues for about 2 minutes, the product will turn off automatically. The initial stimulus strength settling is 0 (no stimulus). Stimulation does not start even though the power is ON. Adjusting Intensity Level: There are 15 stimulation levels (1 to 15) Use a weak level when using it for the first time. Once you are used to a weak level, adjust the level as desired. When the battery gets weak, the electrical stimulus will also get weaker. If you continue using the product when this happens, a warning will beep and after about 2 minutes the power will turn off. Turning the Power OFF: The power turns off automatically after about 23 minutes. To turn the power off partway through the program, hold down the - button for two seconds. It will beep and the power will turn off. How to Remove: Always turn the power OFF before peeling the product off your body. Touch the adhesive (gel surface) as little as possible. After use, put the product back on the storage tray. If dust or dirt sticks to the gel pads, it may not stick properly, the electrical stimulation may weaken and/or you may feel pain. If any fragments of gel are left on your skin, wipe them off completely.
