The Radiohus Pendant was reintroduced as the VL45 Radiohus Pendant in 2016 after originally being designed by Vilhelm Lauritzen for Radiohuset, the Danish Broadcasting House, in collaboration with Louis Poulsen in the 1940s. Today, it features the same brass suspension and three-layer, hand-blown glass shade. The outer layers are made of transparent polished glass with a white layer of glass in between, ensuring a very even, soft, and uniform glow. The design maintains its excellent lighting benefits and quiet luxury appearance that aligns well with contemporary interior trends today.
